Our Executive Chef Johannes Nieuwenhuizen always manages to surprise and delight by using seasonal, organic and local Dutch produce. 

"I simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity of working in a brand-new kitchen alongside a truly dedicated brigade. Trying to creatively cater to the wishes of our (inter)national guests is something I enjoy on a daily basis, whether it is a club sandwich, a lobster or an extensive meal. What satisfies me most is working with fresh ingredients, local products and an eager, enthusiastic team."
